How it works

A clear path from inspection to approved work.

01

Choose a start time

Book an 8:00 AM or 1:00 PM weekday appointment online, or request a Saturday appointment.

02

Arrive at that time

Drop the trailer off when the appointment begins—not at any point during the four hours.

03

Pick up within four hours

An 8:00 AM appointment is ready by noon; a 1:00 PM appointment is ready by 5:00 PM.

04

You decide

We explain priorities and quote recommended work. Nothing paid starts without approval.

Trailer safety inspection

Free inspection. Four-hour turnaround.

No-charge safety inspection

HDER safety inspections are always free; repairs, parts, and installations are quoted separately. Our goal is to get you where you're going safely.

Select a day, then choose a fixed appointment start time. Drop off at 8:00 AM for pickup by 12:00 PM, or drop off at 1:00 PM for pickup by 5:00 PM. Please arrive when the appointment begins—the four hours are service time, not a flexible arrival window. Saturdays are available after the shop confirms an appointment.

Trailer cannot safely travel?

Ask us about an on-site service call.

If a breakdown, wheel, running-gear, coupler, electrical, or other safety problem makes the trailer unsafe to bring in, send us the location and what happened. We will review whether an off-site assessment is practical and contact you about availability, travel, scope, and pricing.

This is a request, not emergency dispatch. Do not tow an unsafe trailer. Roadway hazards and emergencies should go to emergency services or a qualified towing provider first.

Off-site help request

Request a mobile service call

Use this when the trailer is broken or unsafe to tow to the shop. This form requests contact—it does not guarantee immediate dispatch.

Safety first. Do not move an unsafe trailer. For an active roadway hazard or emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified towing provider first.

Paid trailer repair

Tell us what is wrong with the trailer.

Share the trailer details, symptoms, and any recent work. The shop will review the request, confirm what needs to be inspected in person, and prepare the next step.

No surprise work. A request is not an authorization to begin paid service. We will contact you about scope, schedule, and pricing first.
